About Your Payroll Department

Kelly Walton

After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Management, Kelly joined Your Payroll Department as a Sales Consultant and Payroll Specialist. Kelly has since graduated with a Masters of Science in Accounting and is currently studying for the CPA exams. With over eight years of payroll experience, Kelly is now a partner with Your Payroll Department and manages a team of payroll professionals. Her goal is to help ensure that our small business clients have payroll services designed specifically to meet their needs and is served with the best customer service.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys gardening, spoiling her golden retriever and labador, and traveling everywhere.

Twilla Walton, CPA, JD

Twilla Walton has been assisting small business with their payroll processing and compliance needs for more than twenty-five years. As a CPA and an attorney, she understands that most small businesses don’t fully understand all of the rules and guidelines surrounding payroll.  Your Payroll Department was founded as a mechanism to provide small business owners with a comprehensive package of payroll solutions that are designed to offer a full complement payroll solutions that most in-house payroll processing packages can’t compete with.

While not working in the firm, she can be found working on the family farm and ranch or riding her horse.

Sarah Heath

Sarah Heath is a super connector, and loves turning a stranger into a friend. She is a native Texan, and a graduate of Plano Senior High School and Texas Tech University. Sarah has a passion for helping people achieve their business goals by finding creative ways to solve problems and support her clients.

Sarah is active in multiple networking groups including eWomen Network and Plano Chamber of Commerce. She has previously served on Board of Directors for Plano Chamber Women’s Division and was President of BNI Rich Referrals for 2 years.

Sarah is married to a handsome chiropractor, and they live in Celeste with their daughter and dog.

Dru McCready

Prior to joining Your Payroll Department team, Dru has extensive management and training knowledge in working in the restaurant industry. With over three years of payroll experience, Dru’s position as Office Manager and Onboarding Specialist allows him to have positive communication with many industries and small business owners.

In his free time, Dru enjoys spending time with his son and daughter, watching all types of sporting events, and spending time with his extended family.

Claire DiGiovanni

Claire is a Payroll Specialist and manages multi-state clients and is our in-house benefit specialist. Claire graduated from Tarrant County College with her Associate degree in Liberal Arts and uses her attention to detail to help assist business owners with finding solutions for their employees. Claire has a passion for assisting clients to achieve creative ways to solve problems and support her clients. She is originally from upstate New York and loves her New York Giants.

Claire is a workout enthusiast specializing in weight training, an active consumerist, and has an appreciation for indoor plants.

Nadeem Ahmed

Nadeem is a Payroll Specialist and Account Manager that values personal connections with his clients. Nadeem uses his 8 years of experience in the US Army to work as a team to quickly adapt to client’s needs, uses problem solving techniques to quickly find solutions and effectively communicate with business owners and employees.

On the weekend, Nadeem has a passion for the fast life and working on his Dodge Chargers, an active fan for all Ohio sport teams, an amazing father to his three sons and daughter, and loves travelling with his wife.

Trevor Lam

Trevor is our Integrator and manages the business partnerships and financial reporting. Trevor is a Dallas native and prior to joining Your Payroll Department and Walton CPA PC, managed a restaurant while studying and graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelors of Historical Studies. Trevor uses his passion for academia and past business management skills to be an active leader, research and maintain compliance updates, and manages financial reporting.

Trevor enjoys going out on the weekends, camping and travelling, reading and playing games, working out, and learning new culinary skills.
